In season 16, we’ll discuss Relationship Workout Core area #13: Assess the Quality of Your Relationship.

In this season, we'll explore how to answer the foundational question: “How good is your relationship?” A very relevant question if you're thinking about making a long-term commitment, or breaking up to explore potential greener pastures, or keeping things status quo.

This first episode introduces ways to rate your relationship with a blend of fun vs. drama math. After all, hitting that 5:1 fun-to-drama ratio might just save you from the breakup blues!
